Todd Forsgren

Todd has been involved in the construction and real estate industry since 1987. Todd began his career as a Carpenter back in 1987 working for a highly respected Illinois construction company that has been in business since 1962 and employs over 500 carpenters.

In 1994, Todd became licensed in real estate and worked for a nationally renowned company in Corporate Relocation/Real Estate. He was the top producer by his second year with over $23 million a year to his credit. While living in Chicago, he was a member of the DuPage County Board of Realtors, Illinois Board of Realtors and the National Real Estate Association.

Todd also served as a board member of the John G. Shedd Aquarium for six years and was Vice President for four of those years. The Shedd Aquarium, which opened in 1929, is one of the oldest public aquariums in the world. Todd used his construction knowledge and vast contacts to work on several projects specifically for the aquarium. One of the main projects Todd helped oversee was the bidding and updating of the elevators and public walkways in one of the older sections of the aquarium.

Todd’s business studies at Villanova University and his eighteen years of real world experience, provide him with a well rounded understanding of the construction and real estate industry. He is extremely dedicated to his customers as he listens to their needs and goes out of the way to fulfill their dreams. His meticulous skills, knowledge and creativity have proven to be highly beneficial in the success of each and every job. Todd understands construction is a process, and he strives to improve the company’s processes to ensure “On Time Delivery” of quality projects within budget.

After moving to Florida, he developed Envision Construction LLC with his father and shares his goal of becoming one of south Florida ‘s premiere builders
